The present invention relates to a method for producing high white aluminum hydroxide and high purity alumina by collecting an acrylic resin from waste scagliola. The acrylic resin can be collected from waste scagliola at a high yield using aerobic low temperature pyrolysis. Moreover, high white aluminum hydroxide is obtained from residues through amorphous pseudo-boehmite in order to be recycled as a raw ingredient for scagliola or calcined so that high purity alumina can be produced. Accordingly, the method of the present invention is an environmentally-friendly resource circulation-type technique.
