A NON-FLAMMABLE COATING COMPOSITION AND NON-FLAMMABLE BUILDING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIALS CONTAINING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a non-flammable coating composition and a non-flammable building interior and exterior material comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a non-flammable coating composition including silica soda, potassium silicate, a surfactant, zeolite, phyllite powder, acrylic emulsion, activated carbon, red clay, a forming agent, and water, and also to a non-flammable building interior and exterior material including a coating layer formed by coating a surface of the building interior and exterior material with the non-flammable coating composition. The non-flammable coating composition, according to the present invention, is advantageous to retard burning speed in case of outbreak of a fire, to minimize generation of toxic gas, and to provide an excellent flame retardance, insulation, sound absorption, and adhesiveness when the coating composition is used as a coating agent of a building interior and exterior material. Also, since the non-flammable coating composition of the present invention forms a coating layer in a certain thickness on a building interior and exterior material, and as well as penetrates into inside of the building interior and exterior material, it is possible to provide a non-flammable building interior and exterior material having excellent coating property, processibility, and flame-retardance.
