The present invention relates to a removal system of volatile organic compounds and malodors using an electrostatic precipitator having an ozone generating function enhanced and an adsorptive low-temperature oxidizing catalyst. The removal system of volatile organic compounds and malodors comprises a pretreatment tank including an electrostatic precipitation part for pretreating fine particulate matters such as tar, mist, dust, etc. introduced together when exhaust gas mixed with volatile organic compounds and malodors are introduced, and an ozone generating part for oxidizing the volatile organic compounds and the malodorous materials by ozone generation; and a catalyst tank including an adsorptive low-temperature catalyst for decomposing residual ozone in the exhaust gas that has gone through the pretreatment tank, and adsorbing, desorbing and oxidizing the volatile organic compounds and the malodors. According to the present invention, the pretreatment tank introduces an ozone generating part for oxidizing volatile organic compounds and malodors in a single device while pretreating tar, mist, dust, etc., which are catalyst poison components introduced together, to protect the catalyst from clogging by dust collection and reduces the load of the catalyst by ozonation to increase the lifetime of the catalyst treatment efficiency. Particularly, an exhaust gas treatment system can be simplified as electrostatic precipitation and rich ozone generation are conducted simultaneously in a single pretreatment tank.
