The present invention relates to a flash-heating electric boiler system which uses a plurality of heat exchangers to maximize thermal efficiency, and is capable of raising indoor temperature within a short period of time. According to the present invention, the flash-heating electric boiler system includes: a housing; a heater unit fixedly disposed in the housing generating heat as a result of a power supply from the outside; a steam transport pipe which has one end connected to the heater unit and is provided to transport steam generated in the heater unit; a heating water storage tank connected to the other end of the steam transport pipe and connected to one end of a heating water discharge pipe such that heating water stored therein can be transported to the outside; and a heat exchange chamber positioned below the heating water storage tank, and has a heating water heat exchanger such that the heating water moved through the heating water discharge pipe can transfer heat to the returned heated water through a heating pipe.
