The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tunnel lamp device in consideration of air flow, which enables a reflective plate to be replaced and improves the shape of a heat-releasing part, thereby generating various light distribution patterns and improving the air flow around the tunnel lamp device, therefore improving heat-releasing efficiency. To this end, the tunnel lamp device comprises: a housing equipped with a heat-releasing part formed on the body of the housing; a lighting part installed in the housing and emitting light; a reflection part installed in the housing, and equipped with a plurality of reflective holes in order to enable the light emitted from the lighting part to form a certain light distribution pattern; and a cover part combined with the housing, enabling the light emitted from the lighting part to pass through, and supporting the reflection part so that the reflection part can be fixated to the housing. The reflective hole has the shape of either a hemisphere or a polygon. The reflection part is installed in the housing in a detachable manner and replaced in accordance with the installation location of the tunnel lamp device, and generates a certain light distribution pattern. As a result, the present invention enables the reflective plate to be replaced and therefore can generate various light distribution patterns, and in addition, improves the shape of the heat-releasing part and therefore does not interrupt the air flow around the tunnel lamp device, thereby improving heat-releasing efficiency of the tunnel lamp device.
