According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing advertisement publicity and a scholarship includes the steps of: receiving and storing, by at least one school server, a program including certain content from an operation server through a network; displaying, by the school server, a scholarship quiz icon in a certain screen of at least one mobile terminal when the mobile terminal accesses the school server; exposing, by the school server, a predetermined advertisement in at least one mobile terminal if it is determined that the mobile terminal clicks the scholarship quiz icon so that a predetermined scholarship quiz can be provided; deriving, by the school server, an answer of the scholarship quiz if the mobile terminal finishes the scholarship quiz, and analyzing, by the operation server, results according to answers of two or more scholarship quizzes to select a top score winner within a certain period if at least one mobile terminal falls under two or more mobile terminals; and providing a scholarship of a predetermined amount for the mobile terminal selected as the top score winner, and distributing by the school server and the operation server, profits according to a predetermined profit distribution ratio.
