HEATING-COLLING SUPPLY SYSTEM USING NONPRESSURE FLOW OF COLD AND HOT WATER AND COLD AND HOT WATER SYPPLY METHOD THEREBY

Disclosed are a cooling/heating supply system capable of cooling or heating the whole building by use of natural flow of water stored in a tank, and a cooling/heating water supply method using the same. The cooling/heating supply system includes an underground water tank for storing water under the ground; a geothermal heat pipe for absorbing geothermal heat and heating the water stored in the underground water tank; a heat pump heated by the geothermal heat to heat or cool the water stored in the underground water tank; a boost pump for supplying the water heated or cooled by the heat pump to the ground via a boost pipe; a rooftop water tank for storing the water boosted by the boost pipe on a rooftop of a building; and a cold/hot water supply pipe for supplying the water stored in the rooftop water tank along a wall and the respective floor of the building. Therefore, it is possible to increase the energy efficiency and reduce an installation cost.
