FEED COMPOSITION FOR REARING CATTLES ALONG WITH ELEPHANT GRASS

The present invention relates to a fodder composition for raising cattle, wherein the fodder composition comprises 50-80 wt% of Portulacaria afra, 18-48 wt% of grains, 0.5-4 wt% of calcium components, 0.2-5 wt% of tannin, and 1-15 wt% of a fermenting agent. When the fodder composition of the present invention is used, the meat quality of Korean beef is improved so that savory 1^+ class meat can be obtained. Moreover, milk cows produce milk having excellent nutrients. Especially, in the produced milk, omega-3 is remarkably increased so that the content of omega-3 to omega-6 is in a ratio 4:1. Accordingly, high quality milk can be obtained even though a separate high cost producing method is not used.
