The present invention provides: an oligonucleotide primer set which includes one or more oligonucleotide primer sets selected from a group consisting of two pairs of primer sets represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 to 4; a method for determining whether a cabbage cultivar is resistant to a diamondback moth or not by using the primer set; and a kit including the same primer set for determining whether the cabbage cultivar is resistant to the diamondback moth or not.
