The present invention relates to a data processing method of a real-time data analysis system and an analysis coordinator apparatus for segmenting a log data stream which is continuously generated from a network by each reference time band so that log data can be statistically processed. In a real-time data analysis system for processing a plurality of log data streams generated in real-time through one or more data collection units, one or more buffering units and one or more data analysis units, a dispersion coordinator collects a plurality of log data streams including stream IDs classified for each reference time band to collect receiving information of the stream ID from the data collecting units, which stores in the buffering units, and when all of the data collection units receive a specific stream ID from a collection result, controls the data analysis units to start analyzing the log data stream corresponding to the specific stream ID, so that statistical data for each reference time band based on a generation time of the log data stream can be calculated in real-time.
