The present invention relates to a payload for electric energy, which has an electric motor and a hydraulic motor to reduce energy consumption and weight without generating pollution, improve operation efficiency and simplify configuration and maintenance, and which comprises: an electric motor rotating forward and backward by external electric energy applied thereto, the RPM of the electric motor being controlled by a control signal; a variable capacity hydraulic pump connected to the shaft of the electric motor and generating oil pressure with capacity controlled by rotation of the electric motor; a speed controller for controlling capacity of the oil pressure generated by the hydraulic pump according to an external control signal applied thereto; a hydraulic motor rotating forward and backward by the oil pressure applied by the speed controller, and having controllable RPM; and a torque converter connected to the shaft of the hydraulic motor and transferring the torque of the hydraulic motor to an automatic transmission. Accordingly, the weight of a payloader vehicle is reduced, pollution caused by oil is not generated, configuration is simplified, electric energy consumption is decreased, maintenance is facilitated and operation efficiency is improved.
