The present invention relates to an automatically discharging system for filaments of a three-dimensional printer for removing filaments remaining in a nozzle of the three-dimensional printer and, more specifically, to an automatically discharging system for filaments of a three-dimensional printer capable of easily removing filaments remaining in a nozzle without after service or disassembly of a nozzle unit by comprising: (a) a nozzle unit transfer part which moves the nozzle unit including the nozzle to a starting point; (b) a heating part which heats the nozzle; and (c) a filament discharge part which discharges filaments molten by the heating part to the outside.
