The present invention relates to a Pseudomonas consigned as DSM26199 (Pseudomonas sp. IPB-B26) and DSM26200 (Pseudomonas sp. N-128) in Leibnitz Institute DSMZ. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for producing PHA having middle-chain and long-chain lengths, wherein the method comprises the steps of: culturing microorganisms in a culture medium including a carbon supply source; and separating PHA from the microorganisms. It has been observed that the microorganisms can efficiently produce PHA at high yield. Furthermore, the microorganisms of the present invention have a useful function in which unsaturated fatty acid can be mixed with produced PHA. Accordingly, the microorganisms of the present invention can modify and crosslink the PHA afterwards and open new applicable fields for the materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
