The present invention provides a putting distance measurement system using a digital ball marker, which exactly measures a distance between a location of a golf ball on the green of a golf course and a hole-cup and clearly indicates distance information, inclination information, and a putting direction through the golf ball marker, so that a user can easily carry it, conveniently recognize the putting distance, and maximize putting accuracy. The putting distance measurement system using a digital ball marker includes: a self location diagnostic device capable of recognizing location information of a green of a golf course from a GPS satellite and transmitting the recognized location information as data; a hole-cup location transmitter installed inside the hole-cup disposed in the green of the golf course and transmitting location information of the hole-cup to the self location diagnosis device; and a digital ball marker. Herein, the digital ball marker includes: a main body indicating a location of a golf ball on the green of the golf course; a digital inclinometer installed inside the main body and detecting and measuring an inclined direction and an angle of inclination with respect to a horizontal state of the main body so as to determine whether it is inclined or not; a transeiver transmitting a coordinate signal of location information of the golf ball from a location of the main body to the self location diagnosis device, and receiving a coordinate signal of the hole-cup disposed on the green together with a transmitted signal of the main body; a calculation part measuring a straight distance from the hole-cup to the golf ball through the coordinate signal received from the transceiver and calculating a curved distance data between the hole-cup and the golf ball by applying the inclination data measured from the digital inclinometer to the measured straight distance data; and a display part disposed on a top surface of the main body to display the distance data calculated from the calculation part.
