According to an aspect of the present invention, a smart lighting control device considering the direction of a human movement comprises: an image acquisition unit to acquire a depth image; a human position detection unit to detect human area and position from the depth image; a lighting position setting unit to set the position of a lighting device by inputting the position of the lighting device to a map image; a lighting distance calculation unit to calculate a lighting distance based on the human position detected by the human position detection unit and the position of the lighting device; a movement direction detection unit to detect a movement direction based on coordinates of the human position detected by the human position detection unit and previous coordinates, to detect a shoulder line from the human area, and to detect a viewing direction considering the movement direction; a lighting control signal generation unit to generate a lighting production control signal according to a lighting production pattern based on a distance and an angle with each lighting device detected by the lighting distance calculation unit and the movement direction detection unit; and a lighting control unit to generate a signal for controlling lighting in the lighting device by receiving the lighting production control signal.
