The present invention is an improved invention related to a device for collecting heavy oil from oil shale and to a collecting method using the same which is a previously registered invention of the inventor. The present invention relates to a continuous heating device for continuously supplying and discharging oil sludge capable of improving the operation state from semi-continuous operation operating kerogen decomposition heavy oil extraction devices and intermediate storage tanks by turns to continuous operation by installing multiple unit extracting devices composed of a kerogen decomposition heavy oil extracting device and an intermediate storage tank. The present invention enables the continuous operation of the kerogen decomposition heavy oil extracting device by continuously supplying pressured oil shale and an extracting agent to the kerogen decomposition heavy oil extracting device by installing a sludge pressurizing-supplying pump between a continuous oil shale/extracting agent mixing device and kerogen decomposition heavy oil extracting device and a pressure control discharge valve on an outlet of the kerogen decomposition heavy oil extracting device; is capable of reducing a kerogen extraction-reaction period (namely, a detention period) by sharing the energy load to the kerogen extracting device caused by heating thermal medium oil of the continuous oil shale/extracting agent mixing device with the continuous oil shale/extracting agent mixing device to reduce the energy load by maintaining the previously heated state of the oil shale and extracting agent/heavy oil inserted into the continuous oil shale/extracting agent mixing device; and is capable of obtaining an effect of solving an economic problem caused by scaling up in a commercial process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
