A method for transmitting a payment approval request to a payment agency server by an instant message transmission server comprises the steps of: transmitting payment means information of a user to a payment agency server; receiving encrypted information corresponding to the payment means information from the payment agency server; receiving a payment request including order information and an account of the user from a payment request device; transmitting an instant message corresponding to the order information to a mobile device corresponding to the account; and transmitting a payment approval request to the payment agency server based on the encrypted information when receiving some of the payment means information from the mobile device.
