The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing an actin-related protein 2/3 complex inhibitor as an active ingredient for suppressing male fertility, and a male anticonceptive containing the same. When a cattle sperm culture liquid is treated with an actin-related protein 2/3 complex inhibitor at different concentrations, the present invention reduces the mobility and fertility of sperms in a concentration-dependent manner and increases an acrosome reaction, thereby effectively reducing the male fertility. Therefore, the actin-related protein 2/3 complex inhibitor of the present invention has an excellent effect of suppressing the fertility of sperms, and thus can be useful as a composition for suppressing male fertility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
