The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for effectively obtaining larger amount of useful components of Dendropanax morbifera than the standard amount of endropanax morbifera collected. The method for producing Dendropanax morbifera comprises the steps of collecting, grinding, fermenting, and extracting the Dendropanax morbifera. The fermentation step comprises: a first fermentation step of processing fermentation only with ground Dendropanax morbifera; and a second fermentation step of processing fermentation by soaking the ground Dendropanax morbifera into a solution of saccharides. Between the first and second fermentation steps, a dry step of drying the ground Dendropanax morbifera until water content becomes 10-20%, and a vacuum application step are included. When adding the solution of saccharides in order to proceed to the second fermentation step, the solution of saccharides is inhaled and soaked in a space where the dried Dendropanax morbifera is placed while vacuum is applied. The dry step of the present invention is performed using a vacuum dry method in order to make a vacuum applied state when adding syrup. The extraction step of the present invention can perform ultrasonic extraction which processes extraction while ultrasonic is applied.
