How to control the average time that the Swarm peer file sharing system within the first peer of peer consumption a step of establishing a self- operating mode at the swarm . Only with other peers within the swarm is in autonomous mode communication peer , and obtain access to pieces of the desired file . If the size of the swarm meets the threshold size , the file sharing system is switched to the universal mode . In the universal mode , a swarm peers are allowed to communicate with other peer and the desired file piece in other swarm . If my peers want Swarm piece that holds the file may meet the threshold, the file-sharing system will transition back to the autonomous mode of operation . ;
