The present invention relates to a method for setting a route using prior information and a cognitive radio sensor network system adopting the same and, more specifically, to a method for setting a route, capable of setting the most stable route on an overall network topology by route standards which calculate a probability that a packet is successfully received from nodes in the overall network and select a node having a relatively high success probability first, and a cognitive radio sensor network system adopting the same. According to the present invention, the method for setting a route using prior information comprises: a first step of broadcasting, by a transmission node, a route search message to neighboring nodes; a second step of calculating routing index information including a packet reception success rate between nodes when the neighboring nodes receive the route search message: a third step of adding the calculated routing index information to the route search message and rebroadcasting the route search message to neighboring nodes of the neighboring nodes; a fourth step of obtaining, by a reception node which is a destination, the routing index information between nodes in the overall network through the second and third steps; and a fifth step of setting, by the reception node, the shortest route from the transmission node based on the routing index information between nodes in the overall network.
