Disclosed are a bidirectional broadcasting system for providing advertisement/giveaway and a method thereof, or a bidirectional online game system for providing giveaway and a method thereof. The bidirectional broadcasting system of the present invention comprises: a broadcast transmitting server which transmits advertising broadcast and slot machine broadcast for a giveaway event related with the advertising broadcast at an advertisement channel together; a user terminal which receives and displays the advertising broadcast and the slot machine broadcast for the giveaway event transmitted from the broadcast transmitting server at the same time, and transmits a slot machine participation event for the giveaway event and personal information of a user, and receives slot machine winning result and then displays the resu and an advertisement/giveaway server which provides a content of the advertising broadcast and the slot machine broadcast for the giveaway event related with the advertising broadcast for the broadcast transmitting server, and receives the slot machine participation event for the giveaway event and the personal information of the user, and executes a slot machine by the slot machine participation event for the giveaway event, and transmits the slot machine winning result according to the execution to the user terminal.
