The present invention relates to a refrigerant and heating heater pipe fixing structure and, more specifically, to an environmentally-friendly refrigerant and heating heater pipe fixing structure with improved airtightness capable of improving airtightness of a part to which a pipe is fixed in a reservoir, and being environmentally-friendly as water inside the reservoir is not contaminated. According to the present invention, the environmentally-friendly refrigerant and heating heater pipe fixing structure with improved airtightness comprises: a pair of pipes, wherein refrigerant or a heating fluid flows inside, and connected as the end of one is inserted into the end of the other; a locking ring pressed while covering a connection part of two pipes to securely connect the two pipes, and to maintain airtightness of the connection part; and a flange fixed while passing through one side of the reservoir, and securely fixed while the connection part of the two pipes is penetrated inside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
