The present invention relates to a marker composition for predicting fertility; a kit for predicting fertility including primers which can amplify gene coding the marker for predicting fertility; a DNA chip for predicting fertility including gene coding the marker for predicting fertility and a probe hybridized under sever conditions; a kit and a protein chip including aptamer or antibodies which are specifically combined on gene coding the marker for predicting fertility; and a method for predicting fertility using the same. The present invention predicts fertility of animal sperm and easily selects superspecies, thereby contributing to stable production of superspecies.
