The present invention relates to a floating marine structure with a nuclear power generation equipment, and a cooling water discharging method thereof. The marine structure is composed of an energy generating unit arranged inside a hull generating energy using nuclear fuel; a power generating unit arranged on the top of the hull, generating electricity using the energy generated by the energy generating unit; and a cooling unit temporarily storing cooling water of high temperatures discharged from the power generating unit, and cooling the stored cooling water. By mounting the nuclear power generation equipment inside a cargo tank installed inside the hull of the floating marine structure, the present invention can obtain an effect of improving stability with respect to an external force such as wind waves or wind at sea; enhancing the operability of the nuclear power generation equipment; and reducing the risk of a radiation leak.
