Disclosed is a cartridge for a drug dispensing apparatus wherein an outlet of a cartridge case automatically opens and closes depending on whether the cartridge case and a cartridge base are connected. According to the present invention, the cartridge for the drug dispensing apparatus having an automatic opening and closing function comprises: a first opening and closing member wherein an opening and closing portion and a catch portion are bent at an obtuse angle, and a bending point is fixated on one side of the outlet of the cartridge case to be able to rotate; a pusher formed to protrude on one side of an upper part of the cartridge base, making the opening and closing portion open the outlet by pressurizing the catch portion when the cartridge case and the cartridge base are coupled and rotating the first opening and closing member to one side; and a first elastic member having one end fixated on the cartridge case and the other end fixated on the first opening and closing member, rotating the first opening and closing member to the other side to make the opening and closing portion shield the outlet by a self-elastic restoring force when the cartridge case and the cartridge base are separated.
