The present invention relates to a web/mobile-based management system which utilizes a USN sensor to manage a barn environment index and predicted body temperature rate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the management system includes: a thermal camera (10) which transmits the status information regarding the temperature in a barn; a body temperature management sensor module (30) which transmits the status information regarding the temperature in a barn; and a web-based management system (50) which conducts various operations; a smartphone terminal (60) which maintains barn environment index at a certain level.
