The present invention relates to a system and a method for creating a group based on common interest which group users selecting a common keyword as one conversation group on the basis of common interest by enabling a keyword matched to a tag of a message, which is stored in a server by using the tag for a specific keyword and is received/transmitted between users on the basis of text, and a service apparatus applied to the same. According to the present invention, a keyword corresponding to the common interest is stored as tag information from each user terminal, and the users interested in a corresponding keyword can be grouped automatically as one conversation group in real-time by enabling the keyword corresponding to the interest on the basis of the tag information in a conversation using a messenger. Thus, the system can introduce a messenger friend having common interest easily and at the same time can introduce a conversation partner as well as an acquaintance, as a messenger friend. Thus, the system has the effect of extending a limited SNS function of a prior messenger service and achieving strong bond creation among users belonging to the conversation group easily.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
