The present invention relates to an operation of an air-conditioning room and, more specifically, to a louver for ventilation operated in the air-conditioning room. An improved louver of the present invention solves a problem of air conditioning and heating efficiency reduced as wind discharged to the louver reversely goes back into the air-conditioning plant room by building wind or strong winds. A circular plate accounts for two-thirds from the height of the louver, enabling outside air to enter the remaining one-thirds part. The present invention is provided to prevent an existing headwind occurrence as an improved louver apparatus and comprises: a circular plate (40) with a hole helping directly discharge exhaust wind of the air-conditioning plant room into the outside, being accounted for two-thirds of the height of the louver; a plate (30) setting a direction for the exhaust wind, directing discharge wind to prevent rainwater flooding when raining; and a louver case (20) supporting the plate (30) directing the discharge wind, maintaining the overall appearance, and being attached with an opening and closing device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
