In addition, if the wireless communication terminal determines to connect the AP, the wireless communication terminal performs an operation to connect to the discovered AP. In the specific operation, if the utilization properties indicate data usage not less than a reference value, the wireless communication terminal determines to connect to the discovered AP, and if not, the wireless communication terminal determines not to connect to the discovered AP.
