A double-sided permanent magnet stator linear synchronous power generating ship for air-core winding mover vehicle orbit-circulating power system provides mover vehicle orbit-circulating power system using water power and gravity for continuous and successive operation of the mover vehicle by producing sustainable and successive electricity using oil-water force of water power and gravity which are infinite natural resources for improving productivity overcoming the utilization limits of conventional renewable energy facilities. The present invention is a complex energy ship which is a water floating eco-friendly facility of resource virtuous circle concept which does not block the flowing water, and which is a renewable energy ship facility wherein the main purpose is producing universally available electricity at rivers and seas in the five seas and the six continents and installing the conventional renewable energy facility and water-electrolysis or bio mass hydrogen production facility in idle space inside the ship for producing hydrogen by electrolysis of water using the produced electricity when necessary or using green algae.
