THREE-STEP CORE FOR A NON-LINEAR TRANSFORMER

Three step non-linear transformer cores each have different in width and area of section by three sections of laminations. First lamination of first part, which forms to be then wound around on mold by the general triangular section that the longitudinal sectional rectangular tab of cross or strip metal generate, has trapezoidal cross section with the heart frame for forming first segment. The lamination of second part is wrapped in the first lamination, has lozenge shape cross-section to form a core frame. Third layer stack is wrapped in the lamination of second part, has trapezoidal cross section to form a core frame. Each first, second, and third a section lamination is offset from one another scheduled angular deviation.
