Disclosed are a variable stiffness film, a variable stiffness flexible display and a method of fabricating the same. A variable stiffness film according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a lower electrode, a variable fluid layer and an upper electrode. A polymer layer is formed on the lower electrode. A variable fluid receiving pat is patterned on the polymer layer. After that, variable fluid is received in the variable fluid receiving part, thereby forming a variable stiffness layer and forming the upper electrode on the variable stiffness layer.
