The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, an oral preparation, an injection preparation, and a drug for external use and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis, which contain GPCR19 agonist or sodium taurodeoxycholate and a derivative of the same as an active ingredient, which have an excellent effect for treating and reducing atopic dermatitis even compared with an existing steroid ointment and immunosuppression ointment, directly reduces the amount of serum immune globulin lgE which is a main factor of symptoms of atopic dermatitis, increases TH1 cytokine which relieves symptoms of atopic dermatitis, reduces TH2 cytokine making symptoms of atopic dermatitis worse, and reduces permeation of mast cells, eosinocyte, and neutrophil in hypodermal cells, thereby applicable as a medicinal composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis.
