The present invention relates to an insulation box with a vacuum insulation panel and a cryogenic fluid cargo having the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an insulation box with a vacuum insulation panel and a cryogenic fluid cargo having the same, which is capable of the insulation performance thereof by having the vacuum insulation panel, is capable of improving the productivity thereof by having a support member coupling the vacuum insulation panel, is capable of securing the price competitiveness thereof by being manufactured to have standard dimensions, and is capable of not only securing the stability thereof against a load due to the vibration of a ship or the flow of an LNG, but also contributing to the capacity increase and the linear minimization of an LNG cargo when having an improved strength such as a buckling strength by having a height reduced against the height of an insulation box with the equal insulation performance. Provided is an insulation box for storing a cryogenic fluid comprises: a box member formed into a box; box support members installed in the box member; panel support members arranged on the inner surfaces of the box support members and the box member; and vacuum insulation panels supported by the panel support members, installed in the box member, and having vacuum states maintained therein.
