A method to manage information of workers in a construction site according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps of: receiving information of the commuting state of a worker through a communication with a terminal device of the worker using a near field communication (NFC); and receiving location information of the terminal device of the worker through a global positioning system (GPS) while the commuting state of the worker is a working state.
