The present invention relates to a system and a method for enabling a customer to compare and select professionals by himself. The present invention provides a system and a method for a customer to select one answer most appropriate for his own demand, that is, a professional by himself, by receiving counsel and quotation according to a fixed format from a number of professionals through the internet according to the request of the customer and then enabling the customer to read the counsel and the quotation. The system comprises: a customer terminal which can access the internet; a professional terminal which can access the internet; and an operator server which is connected to the customer terminal and the professional terminal through the internet.
