The present invention relates to a view cell and a micro-scale observation device for foam for a reservoir requirement. The view cell of the present invention includes: a shell body (181) having a passage (181a) which penetrates in the transverse direction and having first and second grooves vertically communicating with the passage (181a) to enable the window to be mounted on both ends; a cover (182) assembled to the upper portion of the shell body (181) and having a first through-hole (182a) to communicate with the first groove; a base (182) assembled to the lower portion of the shell body (181) and having a second through-hole (183a) to communicate with the second groove; a first window (184) and a second window (185) having a sealing member (O) and mounted in the first groove and the second groove, respectively; and fastening members (186a, 186b) integrally fixating the shell body (181), the cover (182), and the base (183).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
