The present invention relates to a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance probe for a structural analysis of an equipment with fluorene. More specifically, the present invention relates to a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance probe for the structural analysis of the equipment with fluorine capable of performing the structural analysis of the equipment with fluorene through a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy experiment by having a coil module with a coil, wherein the coil module applies a magnetic field to a specimen with the fluorene when the coil is wound to surround the specimen. Therefore, in accordance to the present invention, the solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance probe for the structural analysis of the equipment with fluorene is capable of easily identifying a structural variation in the electrode substance of the equipment such as a liquid crystal display panel and a lithium ion battery.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
