The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure for preventing noise and vibration in a building and a method for preventing noise and vibration in a building. The structure for preventing noise and vibration in a building having an interior space of each floor formed by a wall (2) and a slab (4) comprises: a stud (10) arranged to face the surface of the building, and having embossing (12) protruding from one side thereof and coming in close contact with the surface of the building; and a finishing material spaced with a predetermined distance from the building by being installed to have one surface supported by the stud (10). The embossing (12) protrudes from the outside of the stud (10) toward the inside. The stud includes a wall stud (10) coming in contact with the surface of the wall (2) in a state in which a part of the embossing (12) protrudes toward the inside; and a slab stud (10) coming in contact with the lower surface of the slab (4) in a state in which a part of the embossing (12) protrudes toward the inside.
