In the present invention, disclosed is a smoke sleeve apparatus for preventing coal from lopsidedly falling, comprising a main body which has a certain space formed between both side surface members and whose upper surface is opened and lower surface has an opening hole in a certain area; and a lopsided falling preventing part which is lopsidedly installed in a hopper and accordingly plays a role in preventing coal from lopsidedly falling with use of the opening hole which is opened and closed when the main body is moved backward, making coal fall to the center of the hopper via the opened and closed opening hole.
