The present invention provides a device for an end of V-shaped sand drain/sand compaction pipes to treat soft ground. The end of a rotational outer pipe, which rotates by being inserted in the end of a casing, and the end of the casing are formed in a cone shape, thereby minimizing pipe-insertion resistance when the rotational outer pipe is inserted. The penetration of mud is prevented since a rotational cone hole and a casing hole from corresponding to each other are not matched when the pipe is inserted. The rotational outer pipe rotates to make the rotational cone hole and the casing hole correspond to each other in order to facilitate the injection of filling materials (sand and crushed stones), thereby enabling a column of the filling materials (sand and crushed stones) to maintain an even circular shape.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
