The present invention relates to a screening method of an agent for regulating synaptogenesis using protein thyrosine phosphatase receptor T (PTPRT) and a syntaxin-binding protein 1. Specifically, a syntaxin-binding protein 1 which is a novel substrate dephosphorylated by PTPRT is found to promote the formation of SNARE composite by binding to syntaxin 1, for the PTPRT and sintaxine-binding protein 1 which is a novel substrateof PTPRT to be useful in screening of an agent for regulating synaptogenesis including an agent for promoting formation of a SNARE composite.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
