The present invention relates to a method of analyzing a work delay cause by measuring the time required during the process section. A time zone and a data attribute value area analyzed by searching time required between plural events serving as certain points existing in a process and exceptional flows when the events are adjacent to each other or not adjacent to each other, based on a process analysis value within a specific work space such as a container. A specific data attribute value causing the work delay in a gate, yard cranes, yard trucks, a container block, and a wharf crane is deduced. Simultaneously, a time zone in which the work delay frequently occurs is visualized. Accordingly, the work delay cause, which may occur in a work performed within a specific work space, can be processed and removed.
