The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating ocular diseases induced by increased intraocular pressure. The apparatus for treating ocular diseases of the present invention does not need the donated tissue compared to existing Ahmed valve implant and Baerveldt implant, reduces the risk of exposure of a tube, easily regulates intraocular pressure after ophthalmic surgery, secures the slight outflow of aqueous humor around the tube due to a small burr hole, reduces the kinds and frequency of medical treatment after ophthalmic surgery, and reduces the number of patients who have early complications after ophthalmic surgery. The apparatus for treating ocular diseases induced by increased intraocular pressure comprises: (a) a thin membrane plate which contains aqueous humor, is composed of a non-porous or low porosity polymer, and can be folded and unfolded; (b) a fine tube which is connected to one end of the membrane plate, discharges the aqueous humor to regulate intraocular pressure, and has a length of 20-40 mm, an inner diameter of 130-230 micrometers, and an outer diameter of 250-400 micrometers; and (c) a string which is inserted through an aqueous humor outlet of the fine tube, is placed to the inside of the membrane plate, and is moved back and forth from the outlet of the fine tube or removed to regulate the outflow of the aqueous humor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
