OPTIMAL ARRANGEMENT SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL GRID OF OFFSHORE WIND FARM

The present invention relates to a system for arranging optimally an internal grid of an offshore wind farm, the system comprising: an expected output calculating unit configured to calculate expected output of a wind turbine and a wind farm; an alternative selecting unit configured to select at least one alternative for configuration of an internal grid; an economics evaluating unit configured to evaluate economics with respect to each of the selected alternatives; a reliability evaluating unit configured to evaluate reliability with respect to each of the selected alternatives; a cost calculating unit configured to calculate the total investment costs and power loss costs, respectively, to evaluate the economics, and to calculate demand not served, which cannot be transmitted to a ground system due to a failure of the internal grid facilities, and the resulting value of lost load, respectively, to evaluate the reliability; and an optimal alternative selecting unit configured to select an alternative, in which the sum of costs calculated by the cost calculating unit is minimum, as an optimal alternative for configuration of the internal grid among the selected alternatives.
