Disclosed are a composition for detecting adipogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells which uses fatty acid methyl ester as markers, and a use thereof. According to the present invention, the composition allows to nondestructively identify whether a cultivation of stem cells which is essentially required with amplification and differentiation through an in vitro cultivation is differentiated or not, thereby improving efficiency and convenience of effective differentiation of the stem cells and clinical application thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
