CULTURE MEDIUM FOR PRODUCING SUCCINIC ACID BY ACTINOBACILLUS SUCCINOGENES INCLUDING PHANEROCHAETE CHRYSOSPORIUM

The present invention relates to a process for producing succinic acid by using Actinobacillus succinogenes, and more specifically, to a process and a medium for producing succinic acid and a development method of the process and the medium, wherein the novel process uses hyphae forming fungi capable of intaking lignocellulosic tissue as nutrients in order to decompose rice straw and uses the increased fungi itself as a medium component for production of succinic acid. To use the rice straw, Phanerochaete chrysosporium is cultivated in an aerobic culturing condition, the fungi is grown, the culturing condition is switched into an anaerobic condition. Accordingly, Phanerochaete chrysosporium naturally induces lysis, and succinic acid is produced by adding glucose and magnesium carbonate and inoculating Actinobacillus succinogenes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
