The present invention relates to a BODIPY derivative compound which is a fluorescent molecule for simultaneously sensing mercuric metal ion and reactive oxygen. More specifically, provided are a BODIPY derivative in which a BODIPY-based fluorescent base contains oxygen, sulfur, selenium or tellurium elements, and aryl groups for metal bonding, and which has a fluorescent property when bonded with mercuric metal ion and reactive oxygen and can be detected when the derivative is contained at very low concentrations, and a manufacturing method thereof.
