Disclosed is a small condensation drying apparatus capable of being simultaneously used in cold and warm using a thermoelectric semiconductor in the present invention. According to the present invention, the small condensation apparatus comprises: a dryer container; and the thermoelectric semiconductor arranged on the floor of a lower portion of the dryer container capable of heating on one side while cooling on the other side using a delivered power, and installed as the side to heat is contacted with a heating part of the dryer container. The dryer container includes: a vent inlet and a vent outlet located on both opposite sides of an upper portion inside the container; and an air cooling passage connected by turning around the bottom of the container from the vent inlet to the vent outlet inside the container. The other side cooling the thermoelectric semiconductor is connected to the air cooling passage.
